Ms Marta Ślężak-Warszycka, senior project officer at the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS), Interreg Baltic Sea Region (BSR) Secretariat in Rostock, attends the meeting to give her expert reflection on the expectation of the Interreg BSR Secretariat in relation to approved projects.
In particular, project applicants of the 1st Interreg BSR Call for Proposals, are invited to partake of the information and share their own expectations and project plans.
The session will try to reflect on the following question:
· What are the expectations from a PA-Inno perspective on the approved projects?
The participants will gain a good understanding of what the project Lead Partners are viewing as their potential main contributions to the PA-Inno. There will also be a discussion on the relation between approved new projects and the flagship projects within PA-Inno and also hear with them how appropriate monitoring of their implementation could be done in a simple way, to, for instance avoid double reporting.
· Flagship projects will receive special attention at the meeting as it will – to answer a host of questions, such as:
o Why are all these flagship project organized within the PA-Inno?
o What are the expectations of the different flagship projects, what will the flagship projects contribute with to PA-Inno?
o How should the different flagship project be collaborating?
o How and what should different flagship projects communicate with each other?
o How should feedback from flagship projects to PA-Inno SC be organized?
