As many as 43 Interreg Baltic Sea Region projects are working together with Russian partners, showcasing that the same cause unites people beyond borders. From innovating businesses to saving energy and improving mobility – Russian partners are active in all thematic fields of the Programme. But what do they actually do?
Along with the European Commission’s publication of the Orientation Paper for the future Interreg Baltic Sea Region, the programming process is moving from an informal exchange on ideas for the future Programme to a more formalised programming process.
Interreg projects can only have a real impact on the Baltic Sea region if those working in the projects succeed in involving their respective target groups into the project activities. We share some tips from your peers in Interreg projects on how to do this.
The second call for the Interreg Baltic Sea Region seed money opens today. Seed Money is funding provided by Interreg Baltic Sea Region to support the preparation of projects in line with the Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. Interested applicants are welcome to submit their draft applications until 9 December 2019.
