Each Interreg project starts with an idea how to tackle a particular challenge or exploit an arising opportunity by working together across borders. At every stage of a project lifecycle, the involved partners talk about their project to other partners, to their target groups, to the Programme bodies. Representatives of 50 Interreg projects met in Tallinn in mid-November to learn how to talk about their project to be better heard and understood.
Interreg projects can only have a real impact on the Baltic Sea region if those working in the projects succeed in involving their respective target groups into the project activities. We share some tips from your peers in Interreg projects on how to do this.
The second call for the Interreg Baltic Sea Region seed money opens today. Seed Money is funding provided by Interreg Baltic Sea Region to support the preparation of projects in line with the Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. Interested applicants are welcome to submit their draft applications until 9 December 2019.
Interreg is all about the regional development of municipalities and cities. Every tenth project partner in projects funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region is a local public authority, i.e. an institution involved in governing a municipality or city.
