The Managing Authority/ Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) invites the Russian partners of ongoing projects in the second call and their lead partners to this seminar to acquaint themselves with the specifics of implementing joint projects in Russia.

The first day of the seminar covers various implementation questions: e.g. project life cycle and important documents for project partners, payment scheme, audit and control issues, reporting procedures, rules on eligibility of expenditure, and visibility requirements. The MA/JS also provides detailed guidance on how to calculate and report staff costs.

On the second day, individual project consultations with the MA/JS are possible upon prior request.

The participation in this seminar is upon invitation from the MA/JS.

The registration will be open until 7 May 2018.

Note: After the signature of the Financing Agreement, the MA/JS are clarifying some implementation arrangements with the Russian Federation, including the first level control and system of advance payments for Russian partners. As soon as the clarification process is closed, the Programme Manual will be updated with information on Russian project partners involvement.
