The workshop on target groups involvement & communication seminar consists of three parts:

  • the workshop on target groups involvement
  • the storytelling training
  • the communication seminar

Workshop on target group involvement

The aim of the workshop is to share ideas and improve practical knowledge how to better involve target groups beyond the project partnership and to bring project outputs into use.

In order to have a successful project and get your project outputs in use, you need to involve organisations and people who should use them – your target groups – already during the project. Success implies reaching out to stakeholders outside the partnership and ensuring that they will use the outputs after the project implementation.

Storytelling training

Do you know how to convincingly tell a story about your project and its results? Can stories be visual or maybe spoken or written only? How to develop an absorbing storyline? The participants of the workshop on target groups involvement and communication seminar attend the training on storytelling run by an external communication expert.

Materials (presentations and videos) from the storytelling training run by Charlelie Jourdan from agency 75 percent are available here for download.

Communication seminar

The seminar supports you in your work by providing you with relevant information about the Programme rules and requirements. We help you understand your role as a communication manager, and the role of your project in a wider context of Interreg transnational cooperation. The seminar is an excellent opportunity to network and exchange knowledge and good practices among communication managers and with MA/JS staff.
