The first call for extension stage projects is open for partners of the first call regular projects from 2 October 2018 until 31 January 2019. The extension stage is an instrument in the Programme to support successful regular projects in capitalisation of their results and partnerships.
The partners of the first call regular projects planning to develop an extension stage project are asked to consult their idea with the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) beforehand. If the extension stage project idea is in line with the concept of this instrument, applicants receive access to the online application system BAMOS and are invited to submit full applications by 31 January 2019. In April 2019, the Monitoring Committee selects the extension stage projects for funding. For more details on the application procedure, timeline and necessary documents, check the information below.
Consultations are obligatory
Lead applicants are requested to submit an extension stage project idea form which briefly describes the extension stage project main outputs, core activities and the planned partnership. The completed extension stage project idea form should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Based on submitted project idea forms, MA/JS will organise a consultation, which is a prerequisite for obtaining access to the online application system BAMOS. The consultations may take place until 17 January 2019, i.e. two weeks before the closure of the call.
Submission of full application
After receiving feedback from the MA/JS during consultations and obtaining access to the online application BAMOS, lead applicants are requested to complete and submit the application by 31 January 2019 at the latest.
