81 project concepts are invited to develop project applications

The Interreg Baltic Sea Region’s Monitoring Committee selected 81 project concepts to be developed into advanced project proposals. Find the list of selected concept notes here.

The representatives of eleven countries around the Baltic Sea met in Stockholm, Sweden on 28-29 April for the second meeting of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Monitoring Committee. The Monitoring Committee reviewed 282 concept notes submitted by the project applicants in the first step and selected 81 of them to participate in the second step, which will close on 14 July. The lead applicants of the selected concept notes will receive, during coming days, invitations to the project development workshops on 19-20 May and 28-29 May.

282 concept notes were submitted in the first call that was closed on 2 February 2015. The selected concept notes will be developed into mature project applications by the lead applicants and their partners. The final approval of project applications is planned for the next meeting of the Monitoring Committee meeting in November 2015. The next (second) call for applications is planned to be launched in late 2015/early 2016.
