An Information seminar for the third call for applications takes place in Riga, Latvia, on 18 and 19 October 2017. It is intended for potential applicants of the third call of Interreg Baltic Sea Region – with a focus on “newcomers” to the Programme. Along with general features of the Programme, the event provides information about the themes for cooperation and the focus of the third call. Furthermore, participants receive information about how to set up an application including project strategy, partnership, work plan and budget as well as communication. State-aid issues, lessons learned from the first two calls as well as details on the application procedure are covered.
In addition, participants have the chance to share and pitch their project ideas in so-called thematic corners with potential partners and the Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS). Further details will be available once registration is open. Overall, the seminar intends to support the development of good quality applications.
On the second day, individual project consultations with the MA/JS will be possible upon prior request. In order to get a consultation, applicants need to fill in a Project Idea Form (the form will be available in September). A helpdesk on involving partners from Norway and Russia is planned to be arranged.
Registration will open in early September.
