Public procurement

With reference to the public procurement information for Polish partners published in April 2016, we would like to inform that the amendment to the Polish Public Procurement Law was published on 13 July 2016 and came into force on 28 July 2016 (with the exception of the provisions laid down in Art. 22 paragraphs 1-3 of this Act).

Therefore, as from 28 July 2016 Polish partners are obliged to apply the amended provisions, but until 27 July 2016 one of the two solutions (proposed in the file below), should be applied.

“Before the Programme can grant EU funding to partners from Russia, a Financing Agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the European Commission has to be negotiated and concluded. For the second call for applications, the Russian Federation has made some EUR 4 million available to finance the participation of Russian organisations. Those lead partners who have Russian organisations in their partnership and would like to involve them as partners should read the guidance (English version | Russian version).”
